Terms and Conditions

Membership and Access:

1. All members must carry an RF-ID card to enter the premises of Ramagya Sports Academy. Access will not be granted without the card, as it is essential for ensuring the safety and security of our members.
2. In the event of a lost RF-ID card, a new card can be issued upon payment of Rs. 100 as replacement charges. For members’ safety and security reasons, entry without an access/RFID card will not be allowed.

Membership Fees and Termination:

1. I understand that the membership fees are non-refundable, and the non-usage of the membership does not allow for early termination or a refund.
2. Non-usage of the membership does not affect the payment terms and conditions, and Ramagya Sports Academy is not responsible for monitoring my usage of the membership in any sport.
3. Membership changes from one sport to another are not permitted.

Guardian/Parent Access:

1. Parents/guardians are allowed to accompany members who are 8 years old or younger. They will be provided with an access card for entry into Ramagya Sports Academy.
2. Members who are above 8 years old are not permitted to be accompanied by parents/guardians, except for specific circumstances authorized by the academy.

Membership Hold:

1. I understand that the membership hold facility is only available for annual memberships.
2. I can request a one-time hold for my membership. The minimum hold period is 2 weeks, and the maximum is 2 months for standard annual and half-yearly memberships. Also, a fee of 500 Rs will be charged for the hold period.
3. Hold requests must be made in person at Ramagya Sports Academy.

Membership Transfer:

1. If I choose to transfer my membership to another person, I agree to pay an additional charge of Rs. 2500 for membership transfer.
2. Membership transfers will be allowed with a flat charge of Rs. 2500, limited to one transfer per tenure. A detailed policy outlining the transfer process will be developed.

Termination and Access Restriction:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy reserves the right to block a member’s access or terminate a membership agreement without notice in case of non-compliance with the agreement or any inappropriate behaviour or actions.

Children’s Safety:

1. Members are not permitted to leave children unattended within the academy premises. Ramagya Sports Academy accepts no responsibility for children brought into or left within the academy by a parent or guardian.

Responsibility for Damage:

1. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any damage caused by my willful acts or negligence to Ramagya Sports Academy, its facilities, services, products, or equipment.

Unauthorized Access:

1. I understand that providing access to Ramagya Sports Academy for non-members or members with lost or damaged access cards will result in the immediate cancellation of my membership. Additionally, I may be charged a penalty of Rs. 5000, invoiced to me, irrespective of whether the person accessing the facilities participates in activities or not.

Assumption of Risk:

1. I acknowledge that using the services and participating in activities within Ramagya Sports Academy involve inherent risks of injury or ill health. I agree to participate at my own risk and take full responsibility, whether supervised or not by internal staff.

Privacy and Communication:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy values your privacy and will not share your information with any other business. To unsubscribe from email, SMS, or mail correspondence regarding membership, special offers, promotions, or health, please notify us via email or letter.

Government Bye-laws and Refunds:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy shall not be held responsible for changes in the Government Bye-laws, whether local, regional, or national. Consequently, they are not liable for refunds if facilities, services, or operating hours are affected due to such changes.
2. A member is not entitled to a pro-rata refund of any unused membership term unless the termination is not attributable to the member.

Locker Usage:

1. While Ramagya Sports Academy provides open lockers and racks as an additional service, they are not responsible for any loss or damage to my property, such as mobile phones, wallets, headphones, or bags, while using the lockers.

Upgrading and Transferring Memberships:

1. 1. Upgrading Packages: Clients who wish to upgrade from monthly or current package to any other packages must confirm within a maximum time of 15 days. Failure to do so will require them to pay the full amount for the desired package.
   2. Upgrading from per-day slots: Clients who have paid for per-day slots and wish to upgrade to monthly, quarterly, or other packages must confirm within a maximum of 48 hours. Failure to do so will require them to pay the full amount for the desired package.
   3. No Sports Transfer, No Refund Policy: There is no provision for transferring sports academy memberships or providing refunds.
   4. No modification in the duration of membership days is allowed once the membership has been taken, except for the option to upgrade the membership.
      
      

Social Conduct:

1. I agree to treat fellow members, staff, and coaches with respect and maintain a positive and supportive environment within Ramagya Sports Academy.
2. Any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

Personal Belongings:

1. I understand that Ramagya Sports Academy provides storage facilities for personal belongings; however, I am solely responsible for the security and safety of my belongings.
2. Ramagya Sports Academy will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on academy premises.
   
   Prohibited Substances and Activities:
3. I agree not to bring or consume any prohibited substances, including drugs, alcohol, or any other illegal substances, within the academy premises.
4. Engaging in any unlawful activities or behaviour that poses a risk to the safety and well-being of others will result in immediate termination of membership.

Medical Conditions and Disclosures:

1. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Ramagya Sports Academy of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities that may affect my participation in activities.
2. Ramagya Sports Academy may request additional information or medical clearance if necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Injury and Medical Assistance:

1. In the event of an injury or medical emergency during participation in activities at Ramagya Sports Academy, appropriate medical assistance will be sought promptly. Ramagya Sports Academy will not be held liable for any costs or consequences arising from such injuries or medical emergencies.

Progress Assessment and Evaluations:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy may conduct periodic assessments, evaluations, or progress checks to monitor members’ development and provide feedback. Participation in these assessments may be optional or mandatory, depending on the specific programs or activities involved.

Age and Eligibility Requirements:

1. I acknowledge that certain sports or activities offered by Ramagya Sports Academy may have specific age or eligibility requirements. I confirm that I meet the age and eligibility criteria for the programs or activities in which I wish to participate.

Weather Conditions and Outdoor Activities:

1. For outdoor sports or activities, I understand that the availability and scheduling may be affected by weather conditions. Ramagya Sports Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel outdoor activities based on weather considerations or safety concerns.

Training Camps and Intensive Programs:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy may offer training camps, intensive programs, or specialised workshops for members seeking focused training experiences. Participation in these programs may require separate registration, additional fees, and compliance with specific requirements.

Sports Science and Support Services:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy may provide access to sports science services, such as physiotherapy, sports psychology, or nutritional guidance. Availability, pricing, and specific terms for these services will be communicated separately.

Social Media and Publicity:

1. I grant Ramagya Sports Academy the right to use photographs, videos, or other media featuring my participation in academy activities for promotional purposes, including social media platforms and marketing materials. I understand that my privacy and dignity will be respected in any such publicised content.

Access to Expertise and Guest Speakers:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy may provide opportunities for members to interact with experts, guest speakers, or professionals from the sports industry. These sessions may involve additional charges or specific registration requirements, which will be communicated separately.

Discipline and Code of Conduct:

1. I acknowledge that Ramagya Sports Academy maintains a disciplined and respectful environment for all members. I agree to adhere to the academy’s code of conduct and understand that any violation may result in disciplinary measures, including suspension or termination of membership.

Anti-Doping Policy:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy follows a strict anti-doping policy in accordance with the regulations set forth by relevant governing bodies. I agree to comply with all anti-doping policies and understand that any violations may result in disciplinary action or disqualification from participating in sports activities.

Sports Facility Access and Availability:

1. I understand that certain sports facilities or areas within Ramagya Sports Academy may have restricted access, limited availability, or require prior reservations. I will comply with any guidelines or procedures established by the academy for accessing and utilizing these facilities.

Dress Code and Uniforms:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy may have specific dress code requirements or designated uniforms for certain sports or activities. I agree to comply with the dress code guidelines and wear the appropriate attire during my participation.

Competition and Event Participation:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy may organise or facilitate participation in competitions, tournaments, or events. I understand that participation in such activities may require separate registration, additional fees, and compliance with specific rules and regulations established by the organising bodies.

Satisfaction and Feedback:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy values member satisfaction and feedback. I am encouraged to provide constructive feedback, suggestions, or concerns to the management or staff, as it helps improve the quality of services and overall experience.

Intellectual Property Rights:

1. I acknowledge that any intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials associated with Ramagya Sports Academy, are protected by law. I will not use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written consent from the academy.

Spectator and Visitor Policies:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy may have specific policies regarding spectator access, visitor restrictions, or designated viewing areas. I will comply with these policies and respect the privacy and safety of others within the academy premises.

Referral Programs and Offers:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy may offer referral programs, special offers, or promotions from time to time. I understand that these programs or offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions, and eligibility requirements will be communicated separately.

Coaching and Instructor Assignments:

1. I understand that coaching assignments for specific sports or activities may be subject to availability and scheduling considerations. Ramagya Sports Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide qualified coaches and instructors, but specific coach or instructor requests cannot be guaranteed.

Sports-Specific Rules and Regulations:

1. I acknowledge that each sport or activity offered by Ramagya Sports Academy may have its own specific rules, regulations, and safety guidelines. I will familiarize myself with and adhere to these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for myself and others.

Health and Safety Measures:

1. I understand that Ramagya Sports Academy prioritizes the health and safety of its members. I agree to comply with any health and safety measures implemented by the academy, including but not limited to temperature checks, sanitization protocols, and adherence to health guidelines provided by relevant authorities.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classes, programs, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor availability, facility maintenance, or low enrollment. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice and suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Equipment Usage and Maintenance:

1. I agree to use the equipment provided by Ramagya Sports Academy responsibly and in accordance with the provided instructions. I will report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the staff immediately. I understand that negligent or improper use of equipment may result in liability for any resulting damages.

Communication and Notices:

1. I understand that communication from Ramagya Sports Academy, including important updates, offers, or general information, may be sent through various channels, such as email, SMS, or posted notices within the academy premises. It is my responsibility to ensure that my contact information is accurate and up to date.

Class and Program Registration:

1. I understand that certain classes, programs, or activities offered by Ramagya Sports Academy may require separate registration, additional fees, or have specific eligibility criteria. Availability, registration processes, and any associated terms will be communicated separately.

Facility Maintenance and Upgrades:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict access to certain facilities for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or events. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimise any inconvenience caused, and alternative arrangements may be offered whenever possible. Ramagya Sports Academy will be closed once every month for maintenance purposes.

Indemnification:

1. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ramagya Sports Academy, its staff, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from my participation in academy activities or any breach of the membership terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Any disputes arising from or relating to the membership or services provided by Ramagya Sports Academy will be resolved through amicable negotiation. In case of failure to reach a resolution, the parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration as the preferred methods of dispute resolution.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

1. Ramagya Sports Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at their discretion. Notice of any changes will be communicated to members via appropriate channels, such as email or posted notices within the academy.

By enrolling and becoming a member of Ramagya Sports Academy, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary measures, including the termination of my membership.
