On 8th August 2025, Ramagya School’s Grade 6 students achieved a remarkable victory at the Nrityanjali Inter-School Dance Competition, hosted by GD Goenka School, Sector 50, Noida. The event celebrated the theme “Folk Dances of India”, showcasing the country’s diverse cultural traditions. Our young performers chose the rare and visually striking Theyyam dance form from Kerala-a bold and unconventional choice that captivated the audience. Dressed in elaborate costumes and adorned with vibrant makeup, the students embodied the energy, precision, and cultural depth of this ritual dance. Their electrifying performance earned 1st position, winning the hearts of both judges and spectators. This achievement is a proud testament to the talent, dedication, and hard work of our students and mentors, as well as Ramagya School’s ongoing commitment to preserving India’s rich cultural heritage.
