Karate is a Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counter-attacking body movements. Karate practice strengthens the mind, develops composure, a clearer thought process, deeper insight into one’s mental capabilities, and more self-confidence. It strengthens the entire body, improves coordination, quickens reflexes, and builds stamina and overall health.

At Ramagya Sports Academy, our masters are highly trained and experienced to teach karate while helping students to develop the life-enriching habits needed to achieve the best in life. Ramagya’s training in karate also helps them in developing the physical, mental and spiritual aspects required to outperform the competition. Our training regime is always challenging but also satisfactory for those who learn to take it with the correct attitude and enjoy a hard session.

For Age Group: 3+

Morning: 6 – 7am, 7 – 8am, 8 – 9am

Evening: 5 – 6pm, 6.15 – 7.15pm, 7.30 – 8.30pm

Days: Monday to Friday
