Squash is an all-weather indoor sports activity and does not prevent the members from playing it in any sort of weather conditions. Playing squash has numerous advantages like improvement in cardiovascular health, increased strength, and fitness, flexibility and strength in the back, good hand-eye coordination and agility. In a mere 45 minutes, the game mimics the hardest cardio and aerobic workout you can get.

To help squash athletes of all ages and abilities improve their court performance and achieve elite levels of competitiveness, Ramagya Sports Academy offers world-class training under an elite group of squash coaches and professionals who have committed their lives to the game of squash. The Academy has 2 standardized squash courts with maple wood flooring, with EN norms such as ball bounce, shock absorption, etc.
